If the content has been accessed, downloaded, or read, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.Customers may request a refund within 5 days of purchase, provided the ebook has not been downloaded, accessed, or read.For accidental purchases or technical faults (such as corrupt files or failed downloads), refunds may be issued following review of the issue, provided a request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
